Must-Have Skills

- 9+ years of Pega development experience
- Minimum 2+ years as Lead Developer / Lead System Architect
- Strong experience with Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Hands-on development on Pega Infinity 8.7+
- Experience building Pega applications from scratch

Robust knowledge of:

- Pega Case Management
- Data Pages
- Decisioning
- Integration Services
- Pega Rules & Frameworks
- Expertise in:
- Theme Cosmos
- UI Kit
- Cosmos React
- DX APIs
- SPA Architecture
- Pega certifications:
- CLSA (Preferred)
- CSSA (Strongly Preferred)

Good-to-Have Skills

- PegaUnit Testing
- CI/CD for Pega deployments
- DevOps practices
- Banking / Financial Services domain
- CLM/KYC implementations for enterprise clients
