Lead SDET The Role: Lead SDET (C# Selenium). Overall 12 years.

Responsibilities: Lead the testing and quality efforts on a recent team, working in collaboration with other feature delivery teams to ensure appropriate practices and processes are followed. Oversee and participate in the development and review of test strategies and test plans to ensure appropriate test coverage of all features. Oversee and participate in the performance of tests across various applications.

Work with, extend and improve our existing test automation framework and guide the team in the development of automated tests. Work closely with product and development to cultivate a culture of quality within the team. Become a subject matter expert in the domain and applications built and supported by our program.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical design documents and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases using available test methods. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in Agile environment.

Design, develop & maintain framework, scripts and execute automation scripts.. What We’re Looking For: QA Automation Engineering Experience with E2E Testing Web UI applications, API, DB automation testing. Expertise in Automation Testing for WebdriverIO (Typescript),



and Cypress (JavaScript) Playwright (JavaScript) for both automation and manual testing.

Proficient in Hybrid and BDD frameworks Adept at managing all stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Solid understanding of database concepts, methodologies, and best practices Proficiency in SQL and database querying Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration testing Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved DevOps & Automation Experience in CI/CD environments with tools like Azure, TeamCity Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Container Orchestration Service , ECS CI/CD design using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Observability: Splunk, Open Telemetry Secret Management in test AI/ML Integration Proficiency with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and testing tools such as Selenium and WebDriver.

Build New

Test and maintenance of existing test using copilot AI-driven Failure analysis/code reviews/ code optimization using copilot or similar tools Build test system/pipelines using agentic AI driven approach The following experience would be advantageous: Prior Experience with the AWS platform is a plus. Knowledge of LoadRunner is a plus.
