Team Overview

TransUnion is seeking a highly technical Lead Engineer, AI Platform & Innovation to lead the development, adoption, and scaling of AI-powered capabilities across the enterprise. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for driving innovation through the design and implementation of AI-enabled applications, developer tooling, platform services, and engineering frameworks that accelerate organizational adoption of artificial intelligence.

The successful candidate will operate across platform, architecture, and application layers, partnering closely with engineering, product, data science, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions. This individual will combine deep knowledge of TransUnion's products,



data assets, services, and technology ecosystem with contemporary cloud-native architectures and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering effectiveness, delivery speed, and business outcomes.

As a technical leader, this role will mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, shape AI strategy, and ensure AI capabilities are integrated consistently across TransUnion's technology landscape. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
