Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Male Lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely closure of positions. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, recruitment planning, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and provide daily guidance and support.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, consultants, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.

- Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

- Drive bulk hiring in terms of Multilingustic hiring and lateral hiring as per business requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders for timely closure of positions.

- Monitor recruiter productivity, daily targets, interview conversions, and joining ratios.

- Prepare and share recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure proper documentation, background verification, offer release,



and onboarding processes.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.

- Handle candidate negotiations regarding compensation, notice period, and joining dates.

- Identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment processes.

- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to recruiters.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment policies, process compliance, and confidentiality of candidate information.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with team-handling experience.

- Experience in achieving recruitment targets and managing multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Preferably male candidate
