About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Research professional to lead high-impact market research initiatives that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in research design, project execution, client engagement, team leadership, and translating complex data into actionable business insights. This role requires managing multiple research programs, mentoring teams, ensuring quality governance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional research outcomes.
Job Location - Noida, Sector - 68 Experience 9–12 Years (Mandatory) experience in the B2B Market Research industry, with strong expertise in Primary Research (CATI, Online Surveys, In-depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Qualitative Research). Candidates from non-market research industries will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale market research programs, including User Experience (UX), Segmentation, Go-to-Market (GTM) Research, Usage & Attitude Studies, Concept Testing and ad hoc Research. Design and execute end-to-end research projects using CATI, Online Surveys, IDIs, FGDs, and other qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Recommend appropriate research methodologies, sampling strategies, screening criteria, and questionnaire/discussion guide design.
Develop and execute research strategies aligned with organizational and client objectives.
Recommend appropriate research methodologies, sampling approaches, and analytical frameworks.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by providing actionable, data-driven insights.
Translate research findings into compelling business recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
Manage both direct and indirect teams to ensure effective resource utilization and project delivery.
Develop standardized research frameworks, templates, best practices, and operating procedures.
Ensure methodological rigor, data quality, and timely project execution.
Develop vendor strategy, evaluate research partners, negotiate commercial terms, and manage vendor performance.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in qualitative research methodologies.
Prior experience in market research or online panel-based studies is highly beneficial.
Excellent knowledge of research design, questionnaire development, sampling, and statistical analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting questionnaires, reports and client-facing presentations.
Demonstrated experience leading research projects, managing timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
