India is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions across our food manufacturing operations. ? Location: Bailparao, Uttarakhand ? Industry: Food Manufacturing ? Experience: 4+ Years : ✅ Lead Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) operations across the manufacturing facility. ✅ Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000 and all applicable food safety standards. ✅ Develop, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs and quality documentation. ✅ Monitor incoming raw materials, in-process quality and finished product quality to ensure consistency. ✅ Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for customer complaints, product deviations and non-conformities. ✅ Manage internal audits, external audits, regulatory inspections and customer audits. ✅ Establish quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve productivity.



✅ Lead laboratory operations including microbiological and chemical testing while ensuring calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. ✅ Work closely with Production, Procurement, R&D; and Supply Chain teams to maintain product quality and process efficiency. ✅ Oversee vendor quality evaluation and approval programs. ✅ Ensure complete traceability, batch documentation and compliance records. ✅ Train and mentor QA/QC teams on food safety, hygiene practices and quality standards. ✅ Drive a culture of quality, food safety and operational excellence across the organization.

Preferred

Candidate ✔ Bachelor's/Master's in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field ✔ Strong knowledge of food manufacturing regulations and quality systems ✔ Experience in processed foods, pickles, honey, condiments or FMCG manufacturing preferred ✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving and audit management skills If you're ready to make a real impact in a rapid-growing food brand, we'd love to hear from you. ?
