Knowledge on Material Specifications IRS/IRC/IS and other international codes. Thorough knowledge on bar bending schedule and relevant provision of code. Knowledge on shop drawing checking and coordination with stakeholder. Preparing BOQ & Cost estimation for COS (Change of Scope) items according to Client specifications. Collaborating with site and project control teams to Prepare and regularly update AQE vs JQE reports, mitigating potential project risks.
