Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using industry best practices.
- Architect end-to-end test strategies aligned with Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, ensuring test coverage for API, UI, and integration layers.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) to enable continuous feedback and rapid regression cycles.
- Mentor and upskill QA engineers on advanced automation tools, scripting, and test data management techniques.
- Collaborate with Dev, Product,



and Ops teams to embed quality gates, enforce test-driven development (TDD), and improve defect escape rates.
- Monitor test execution KPIs (pass/fail rate, flakiness, coverage) and implement improvements to reduce technical debt and increase ROI.
