AI Product Owner Years of Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner with a solid background in Product Management to lead the development and integration of AI solutions within our digital programs in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem, hands-on experience in writing AI requirements, and a proven track record of managing product journeys in large-scale digital initiatives.

Experience in bancassurance and regional APAC markets will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality AI products.

Write clear and concise AI requirements and user stories that guide the development process.

Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless functionality.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.





Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features and enhancements.

Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.
