The Senior Oracle HCM Analyst is a key member of the IT Enterprise Application team, responsible for leading the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform—including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
This role partners with HRIS, business stakeholders, and IT teams across regions to deliver strategic solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Oracle Cloud HCM environment, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, providing guidance on best practices, system configuration, and optimization.
- Manage and execute HCM quarterly upgrades, service requests, and issue resolution through Oracle Support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and third party/internal business applications.
- Collaborate with HRIS and HR teams to define, document, and deliver complex project requirements and solutions.
- Oversee all phases of the development lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership in cross-functional project teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT functional/technical teams, and external partners across different time zones.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Skills/Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is highly valued.
- Advanced expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Workflow, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Learn, UKG Time and Labor, and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic, global environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, computer science, systems engineering or equivalent degree Special Requirements
