- Experience creating master record (data entry) for customer, material & vendor from the data received through multiple channels
- Understanding of master data and ensuring entries are made in the right place in the application
- Experience in performing analysis of data and removing duplicates, perform required data cleansing, data quality checks, and fixes
- Communicate with stakeholders on master data process and any discrepancies
- Experience with one or more domains - Customer, Product and Vendor
- Preferably engineers with experience entering master data in SAP

What are we Looking For -

- This is a purely operational MDM Support role, focused on the day-to-day execution of master data activities within SAP.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in activities such as:
- Creating, extending, and maintaining master data records
- Processing change requests
- Applying and releasing blocks
- Managing approvals and workflow-driven activities




- Working within SLA-based, ticket-driven environments
- The customer is looking for candidates who actively perform these activities as part of their daily responsibilities, rather than those involved in system design, configuration, or governance functions.

Additional expectations:

- Experience across Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Material Master domains is preferred.
- Strong expertise in at least one domain is acceptable for junior profiles.
- Material Master experience is currently a priority requirement
- Preferred experience range: 48 years.
- Experience working in a Shared Services or GBS MDM Operations environmentis highly desirable.
- SAP MDG experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is expected.
- Robust communication skills, active listening, and clear articulation will be assessed during customer interviews.
