The Role: Lead, Technology Execution Reporting The Associate Director, Lead IT Project Management is a high impact role operating at the C suite interface within Enterprise Solutions Technology. This individual serves as a trusted execution and thought partner and reports directly to the Head of Business Management, owning how the organizations strategy, execution, risks, and outcomes are communicated to senior enterprise leadership.
This role is deeply hands on and accountable for the quality, clarity, and narrative strength of executive level materials. The individual will translate complex technology and operational topics into crisp, decision ready storytelling that enables leadership alignment and action. This is not a coordination or PMO roleit is a content owning, judgment heavy role with significant visibility and influence.
Core Responsibilities Executive Reporting Storytelling
- Own the endtoend development of executive business reviews, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs), leadership decks, strategy memos, and executive updates.
- Synthesize inputs across technology, delivery, finance, risk, and operations into clear, outcomeoriented narratives for senior leaders.
- Ensure all executive materials are concise, structured, and decisionfocused, aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Consolidate delivery updates from segment project managers into clear executive views of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
Executive Communications Leadership Messaging
- Draft and refine CIO/CTO/Business communications, including organizational updates, transformation narratives, and strategic messaging.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape messaging, tone, and sequencing for highstakes communications.
- Set and maintain quality standards for executivefacing content across Enterprise Solutions Technology.
Town Halls Executive Forums
- Lead endtoend planning and content ownership for town halls, leadership at allhands, and executive forums.
- Develop agendas, storylines, scripts, and presentation materials that reinforce strategy, progress, and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on narrative flow, audience framing, and message clarity.
COO Partnership Executive Engagement
- Operate as a thought partner to the COO, proactively shaping how key initiatives and issues are positioned.
- Engage daily with Csuite and senior technology leaders, demonstrating executive presence, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Challenge inputs when needed to drive clarity, focus, and quality.
Required Experience and Skill Profile
- 15+ years of experience in executive communications, business management, strategy, or COOofficetype roles, ideally within large technology organizations.
- Exceptional executive writing, synthesis, and technical communication skills with a strong track record of Csuite engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex, multithreaded technical initiatives into clear business and risk narratives.
- Proven experience creating executivegrade presentations and written materials with minimal oversight.
- High judgment, confidentiality, and comfort operating in highvisibility, highpressure environments.
- Experience working with project managers or delivery leads to synthesize project status, RAID inputs, milestones, and cross-segment dependencies into leadership-ready reporting.

What Were Looking For Basic Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in management, Communications, or a Technologyrelated discipline strongly preferred.
- Executive Communication Expertise: Proven experience producing Csuitegrade executive contentbusiness reviews (QBRs/MBRs), strategy decks, leadership memos, and formal communications.
- Technical Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex technology, delivery, and operating topics, including project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones, and translate them into clear business, execution, risk, and outcome narratives.
- Language Tools: Exceptional written and spoken English; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word with a strong eye for structure, narrative flow, and executive presentation quality.
