Role Description The Lead Instructor & Mentor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding learners through structured technology and AI-focused programs. This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons, workshops, and hands-on exercises that simplify complex concepts for participants at various skill levels.

The Lead

Instructor & Mentor will provide regular feedback on assignments, support learners through one-on-one mentoring sessions, and track progress to ensure learning outcomes are met. The role includes collaborating with the curriculum team to refine learning materials, contributing to continuous improvement of training content,



and helping learners prepare for real-world projects and career opportunities. The position also requires maintaining clear communication with learners, fostering an inclusive learning setting, and using online tools and platforms to manage virtual classrooms.

Qualifications

Strong instructional design and teaching skills, with experience creating structured lesson plans, learning modules, and assessments.

Ability to mentor and coach learners, offering guidance on problem-solving, career development, and project work.

Solid understanding of technology and AI concepts, with practical exposure to modern tools, platforms, or programming practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.

Comfort with remote work tools, learning management systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.

Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a technical or professional education setting is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience.
