Location: Pune Responsibilities As a Lead Infrastructure Analyst, you will work as part of an agile global support and implementation team, responsible for deploying, administering, and supporting enterprise CAD environments and TECHNIA solutions. You will collaborate with technical architects and product teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing engineering environments for customers worldwide.

- Install, configure, administer, and support TECHNIA products (myPLM Server & Client) and enterprise CAD environments, primarily CATIA V5, CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Native Client, and Siemens NX.
- Deploy, upgrade, patch, and maintain CAD client environments and license management solutions, including Dassault Systèmes License Server (DSLS) and FlexNet License Manager.
- Provide L1 & L2 technical support for CAD/CAE applications, licensing, client installations, infrastructure, integrations, and environment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Support global customers by implementing, administering, and maintaining enterprise CAD environments across multi-site deployments, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing engineering environments.
- Act as the CAD and myPLM Administrator, taking ownership of customer installations and environments while serving as the designated technical point of contact (SPOC), ensuring successful implementation, system stability, availability, effective communication, operational excellence, and a high level of customer satisfaction through ITIL and software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD tools, licensing, infrastructure, and PLM integrations while supporting enterprise deployments, upgrades, migrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and knowledge base articles while evaluating new product releases, emerging technologies, and sharing best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, demonstrating a strong learning mindset and continuously expanding expertise across TECHNIA products and engineering solutions.

Must Have

Skills

- Hands-on experience in administration and support of at least one enterprise CAD platform such as CATIA V5, CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Native Client, Siemens NX, Creo, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of CAD infrastructure, including installation, deployment, configuration, upgrades, and client administration.

Experience administering CAD licensing solutions such as Dassault Systèmes License Server (DSLS) and/or FlexNet License Manager.

- Good understanding of the functional and infrastructure architecture of CAD applications, preferably CATIA V5, CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Native Client, and Siemens NX.

Experience troubleshooting CAD application, licensing, client configuration, and infrastructure issues.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, system administration, and networking fundamentals.
