Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

with strong expertise in UI and API test automation, cloud-based applications, and up-to-date web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks while ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of web applications and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and test suites.

- Create and execute automated tests for UI, API, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

- Develop test automation using Python, Playwright with TypeScript.

- Perform API automation using PyTest, Postman, REST APIs, and TypeScript-based automation frameworks.

- Test and validate Next.js web applications across multiple browsers and devices.





- Perform SQL and database validation to ensure data integrity and business rule compliance.

- Integrate and execute automated test suites within Harness CI/CD pipelines.

- Develop and maintain reusable automation utilities, libraries, and testing frameworks.

- Conduct performance testing using k6 and/or JMeter.

- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch logs.

- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

- Track defects and test activities using Jira and maintain source code using Git/GitHub.
