‣ Design and develop backend services using Go

‣ Build APIs for tenant management, workflows, and platform services

‣ Implement multi-tenancy, governance, and policy-driven systems ???????? & ?????????:

‣ Build workflow systems using Temporal and event-driven architecture

‣ Implement async processing, retries, idempotency, and failure handling

‣ Use messaging systems like NATS/Kafka for scalable execution ????????? & ???????????:

‣ Build production-grade connectors using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks

‣ Integrate with third-party systems using OAuth2, API keys, and secure protocols

‣ Handle sync patterns, pagination, rate limits, and schema evolution ???? & ????????:

‣ Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for scalable storage

‣ Design efficient schemas, indexing, and data access patterns ??????????? & ????????:

‣ Implement resilience patterns like retries, circuit breakers, and backoff

‣ Ensure observability using logs, metrics,



and tracing

‣ Integrate IAM, secrets management, and policy-driven security ????????????? & ?????????:

‣ Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices

‣ Collaborate with AI, DevOps, and product teams

‣ 5-10+ years in backend/platform/integration engineering

‣ 3+ years of strong Go programming experience

‣ Experience in distributed systems and microservices

‣ Hands-on with APIs, connectors, and integration patterns

‣ Experience with Temporal, Kafka/NATS, or similar systems

‣ Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

‣ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
