XR System is looking for a motivated Lead Generator to identify potential clients and create new business opportunities for our digital and technology services. You will be responsible for researching prospective clients, finding relevant decision-makers, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and other channels.

Identify relevant decision-makers within target companies.

Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.

Conduct cold outreach through email and professional networking platforms.

Understand prospects' basic requirements and determine their potential fit with XR System.

Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales/team members.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.





Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and sales.

Ability to research companies and potential clients online.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional outreach.

Basic knowledge of email outreach and prospecting.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
