We’re looking for a Leads Executive who can help us find, qualify, organize, and support high-quality business opportunities. You’ll play an important role in building our sales and growth pipeline from the ground up.

What you’ll do

- Research and identify potential leads across target industries, companies, and markets.
- Build and maintain lead databases with accurate contact and company details.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, relevance, and potential.
- Support outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, or other channels.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to move qualified leads into the pipeline.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and conversion stages.
- Keep CRM records updated and organized.
- Use AI tools for prospect research, lead enrichment, segmentation, personalization support, and workflow efficiency.
- Support campaign reporting and share insights on lead quality.
- Suggest better ways to find, segment, and approach prospects.

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in lead generation,



sales support, business development, inside sales, or marketing.
- Good research, communication, and data management skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and lead databases.
- Ability to identify relevant prospects and maintain clean data.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly for research, lead organization, and productivity.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and repetitive-but-important work.
- Solid ownership, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Startup-friendly mindset: proactive, organized, and ready to build from scratch.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
