Location – Bangalore Role & Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Prepare and track annual budgets and financial forecasts for the firm
- Work with architects, project managers and leadership towards billing target achievement
- Provide financial insights for decision-making
- Risk Management Billing & Revenue Management
- Prepare client invoices based on project milestones or time sheets
- Ensure accurate and timely billing
- Follow up on receivables and manage cash flow
- Cost Control & Expense Management
- Monitor operational and project-related expenses




- Identify cost overruns and suggest corrective actions
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate project-wise financial reports for management
- Analyze key metrics like profitability, utilization rates, and overhead ratios
- Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
- Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial records
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow
- Plan for short-term and long-term liquidity
- Manage payments to vendors and consultants Skills & Qualification :
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance No. 27/9, “Sankalpa”, Cunningham Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560052 • Proven experience in financial planning and management.
- Expertise in Accounting software such as Tally
- Robust understanding of project accounting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction/ architecture industry billing models will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
