Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Experience Centre by delivering a premium consultation experience for corporate clients, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and high-value residential customers.

- Understand client requirements and provide customized, design-led greenery and biophilic workspace solutions.

- Drive consultative sales through solution selling, concept presentations, and value-based customer engagement.

- Build and manage strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, PMC consultants, and corporate decision-makers to generate repeat business.

- Collaborate with the Design, Sales, Operations, and Project Execution teams to develop proposals and ensure seamless project delivery.

- Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial consultation through project closure, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

- Maintain the Experience Centre as a world-class showcase of Gamlaa's products, design capabilities, and brand standards.





- Identify current business opportunities, convert high-value enquiries into projects, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in customer engagement, solution selling, and design consultation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8 to 15 years of experience in luxury retail, interior design, architecture, workspace solutions, premium furniture, landscaping, building materials, or allied industries.

- Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working with architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Passion for design, customer experience, and creating innovative workspace environments.
