Role Description The Lead Domestic Operations role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day domestic travel operations, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence across all corporate travel processes.

The individual will manage booking workflows, monitor trip fulfillment, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal teams such as sales, account management, and finance to support client requirements. The role includes analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in domestic travel operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams,



managing client interactions, and handling escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related capabilities to support account retention, identify opportunities for service enhancements, and align operational delivery with commercial objectives.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead operational initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, travel management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in corporate travel, airline or TMC operations, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and use travel and booking technologies efficiently is preferred.
