We’re a Mumbai-based studio that builds and elevates brands across spaces, storytelling, and digital experiences, from interior environments to film and visual narratives.

Currently, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Media Lead to drive growth for one of our healthcare clients (startup), focused on making quality care more accessible, personalized, and seamless.

Compensation Range

- 10-12 LPA

Role Overview This is a high-impact role where you will own digital growth end-to-end, from performance marketing to social media strategy, directly influencing how patients discover and trust our services.

While the primary focus will be healthcare, you will also work across interior design and film production / creative studio verticals, bringing a multi-industry perspective to digital growth.

What You’ll Do

- Drive patient acquisition through ROI-focused performance campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Managed end-to-end social media operations, driving audience engagement and measurable conversions across platforms.
- Plan and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion)
- Work in collaboration with our Digital Partner agency for end-to-end campaign execution and delivery
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL, and conversions




- Build and scale social media presence across healthcare and creative brands
- Adapt messaging across industries-clinical trust to creative storytelling
- Work closely with doctors, content, and design teams to simplify communication
- Analyze data, track funnels, and continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing & social /digital media
- Proven experience in lead generation / service-based businesses
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Ability to switch between data-driven healthcare marketing and creative brand storytelling
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, multi-brand startup environment

Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C health brands
- Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools
