Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for the strategic design

Major Responsibilities

- Lead and scale a high-performing technical team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and the long-term professional development of engineers.

- Drive the strategic vision for SaaS technology developments and the adoption of cutting-edge infrastructure innovations.

- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for global scale, ensuring robust automation, testing, and deployment standards.

- Design and implement complex Kubernetes deployments and cloud-native architectures.

- Identify and bridge operational gaps by developing sophisticated automated solutions to maximize system efficiency.

- Author and maintain advanced automation scripts using Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex distributed environments.

- Collaborate with senior management to align DevOps initiatives with broader business goals and budget requirements.

Knowledge &

Education Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

- Over 12 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure capacity.





- Mastery of Cloud concepts and high-availability distributed deployments.

- Expert-level knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.

- Deep proficiency in Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus Repository, and Harbor.

- Extensive experience with web technologies including Nginx, HA Proxy, and Apache.

- Strong command of data technologies such as Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with .NET framework and MVC development is a distinct advantage.

- Comprehensive experience managing both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

- Red Hat Linux Administration certification.

- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) and CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) are highly preferred.

- Azure Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect credentials.
