J ob Description – Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

Experience:

- 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proven experience operating Kubernetes and Docker Swarm in production.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid/on-premises environments.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Flux CD, Jenkins, and Jenkins Shared Libraries.
- Experience building highly available, business-critical platforms.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Platform Engineering:

- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-native platforms across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage production workloads on Kubernetes and Docker Swarm, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.




- Drive cloud migration, platform modernization, and infrastructure standardization initiatives.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate platform configuration with Ansible.
- Establish GitOps practices using Flux CD and develop reusable platform components.
- Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms using Jenkins and Jenkins Shared Libraries.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and operational best practices.
- Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvements.
- Mentor DevOps engineers, define engineering standards, and collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery.
