- Lead end‑to‑end ML solution design, from problem framing to production deployment, across forecasting, optimization, NLP, recommenders, anomaly detection, and GenAI use cases.
- Own development of ML models and features in Python, building scalable ML pipelines using Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, and SQL‑based data sources.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices including CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, model registry, and automated retraining workflows.
- Design and operationalize model monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics to track performance, data drift, and stability in production.




- Implement model explainbility and Responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Architect and manage feature stores and reusable feature engineering pipelines to accelerate ML development and ensure consistency across models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑impact ML solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists, driving code quality, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate current ML, GenAI, and AI search technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into the ML platform and solutions.
