This is a permanent role with a valued client of Ardon Technology Services Pvt Ltd Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive high-impact machine learning initiatives and lead end-to-end solution development across complex business problems. This role involves working with large-scale data, defining strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, promoting best practices in model development, deployment, and analytics.
- Define the technical roadmap and drive innovation in ML strategies and advanced analytics.




- Build scalable machine learning solutions using advanced techniques for structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align data science initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure model performance, monitoring, and scalability in production environments.

Required Expertise

- Experience: 7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning roles.
- Technical Expertise: Solid skills in machine learning, statistics, and algorithms.
- Programming: Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PySpark etc.
- Data Skills: Experience with large-scale data processing, distributed systems (e.g., Spark)
- Leadership: Proven experience leading ML projects end-to-end and mentoring teams.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
