Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and develop curriculum for Management courses at postgraduate levels.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and Training sessions to students on domain specific topics.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve academic goals.
- They guide and mentor students, assess their performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, and provide constructive feedback for academic growth
- Take up additional responsibilities in any Department - Admissions & Operations, Training & Placements, Examinations & Industry Interactions & Exposure

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in any management institute, if applying for Visiting model.
- Solid knowledge of Management principles, Teaching methodology, maintaining reports as per VTU Guidelines.
- Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
