We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of ETL processes and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in building scalable data pipelines, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers while integrating data from diverse sources into data warehouses and target systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL jobs using Talend (Data Integration / Big Data / Cloud).
- Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Write and review complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data validation.
- Integrate data from databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud sources.
- Drive performance tuning, error handling, job scheduling, and best-practice standards.




- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers on ETL design and Talend best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in ETL workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to data governance initiatives.

Required Skills

- 5 - 12 years of hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio / Talend DI / Talend Cloud).
- Solid SQL and RDBMS experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
- In-depth understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Experience with job scheduling tools (TAC, Control-M, or Autosys).
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Familiarity with version control (Git/SVN).
- Proven ability to work independently and lead development efforts.
