Work Responsibility

- Core Experience into Transfer Pricing
- Independently representing the firm for Assessment before the Tax Authorities, handling both case preparation and representation.
- Maintain regular and proactive interaction with clients to ensure effective communication and address their taxation needs.
- Provide valuable tax advice to clients on day-to-day matters.
- Supervise a team of 10-15 members including CAs and Articles. This involves managing the workload of the team, providing guidance, support, and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.

Technical / Functional / Soft Skills Required

- Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and ERP software.
- Extensive experience in domestic and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
- Expertise in tax compliances such as TDS, GST, and individual and corporate ITR filing.




- Prior experience in handling tax assessment cases and conducting tax audit assignments.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptable and quick learner who can thrive in a agile work environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and driving results.
