Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager Sales to join our dynamic team at Reise Moto. A Tire Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role also requires strong market understanding, forecasting ability, and collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

2. Channel & Relationship Management





- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Provide support for product placement, inventory planning, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct joint business planning and periodic performance reviews with key channel partners.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

- Monitor market trends and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for expansion.
- Provide continuous market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve defined goals.
- Train and mentor sales staff and channel partners on products, market positioning, and sales techniques.
- Set clear sales targets, review performance, and ensure timely action plans for improvement.
