Role: Sybase DBA L3 responsible for administration, migration, performance tuning, high availability, and operational support of SAP ASE (Sybase) databases in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP ASE/Sybase database installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Execute database migration activities including dump/load, disk initialization, DBCC validation, and testing.
- Perform ASE performance tuning, IO benchmarking, backup/recovery, and capacity management.
- Support HA/DR solutions, replication, failover testing, and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve performance issues, and coordinate with infrastructure, storage, and application teams.
