Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the building management system (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems, HVAC equipment, and other integrated systems.
- Develop sales strategies to promote BMS solutions to clients in the engineering & construction industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-13 years of experience in BMS installation, maintenance, or sales.
- Robust knowledge of IBMS, BMS system, fire alarm system, and related technologies.
- Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies for complex technical products.
