About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordination & Client Servicing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing projects from planning to execution, coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and agencies, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project management, stakeholder coordination, client relationship management, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple marketing and communication projects from planning through successful execution.

* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and agency partners.

* Track project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and execution status to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for quotations, production, and smooth project execution.

* Support branding, content marketing, digital marketing, and social media initiatives.

* Prepare project trackers, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and status updates.

* Coordinate client meetings, events, site visits, and on-ground activities whenever required.

* Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders and proactively resolve project-related issues.

* Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and on-ground coordination.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Management, or a related discipline. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
