Role & responsibilities

- Develop and manage project schedules for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, define milestones, and monitor project progress against approved plans.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules and coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and site teams.
- Track project performance through MIS, dashboards, S-curves, and schedule variance analysis.
- Conduct critical path, delay, and risk analysis, and implement recovery plans for schedule slippages.
- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and milestone planning.
- Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare management reports and project status updates for leadership review.
- Drive planning best practices and mentor planning engineers to improve project controls.
