Your Role and Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer (Figma/Webflow/Framer), your focus will be on:

- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for apps, websites, and landing pages that are visually stunning, user-friendly, and strategically aligned with business goals.
- Utilise tools like UI Kits, Figma, Webflow, and Framer to create world-class designs and functional, high-performance websites that leave a lasting impression.
- Independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to quality and precision.




- Develop comprehensive and impactful branding strategies that align with the company's vision and elevate it to the next level.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure absolute brand consistency and strategic alignment across every deliverable.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge tools and practices to consistently push the boundaries of design and innovation.
- Identify opportunities to add thoughtful extras such as custom animations or unique features that surprise and delight clients, exceeding their expectations every time.
- Address client feedback with precision and clarity, ensuring revisions are implemented efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
- Proactively solve challenges and introduce creative solutions that add real business value, even when they aren't part of the initial brief.
- Conduct rigorous QA testing to guarantee flawless design and functionality across all browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring they meet and exceed global standards.
- Take full ownership of projects, delivering results that are not just on time but exceptional, reinforcing the agencies reputation for excellence.
- Consistently deliver more than expected, leveraging a deep understanding of client goals to produce work that drives measurable results and lasting impact.
