Key Responsibilities:

- Lead equity research, stock screening, and fundamental/technical analysis to build and maintain model portfolios.
- Manage portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation strategies to deliver targeted returns above benchmark indices.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention (>90%) through periodic portfolio review meetings and advisory notes.
- covering equities, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI RA/RIA regulatory guidelines and documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Equity Research, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), or SEBI Advisory services.
- Certifications: NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) or NISM Series XA/XB (Investment Adviser) certification is highly preferred.
- Education: BCOM / MCOM, MBA in Finance, CFA, CA, or Masters in Finance/Economics.
- Core Skills: Advanced portfolio modeling, deep understanding of capital markets, solid financial valuation skills, and excellent client communication.
