Venus Remedies Limited is looking for an Executive Officer Inventory Control (Raw Material Store) for its Baddi Unit-II.

The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical raw material store operations, inventory management, and GMP-compliant documentation within Injectables and/or Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, handle, store, and dispense raw materials in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, reconciliation reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure inventory management through FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Perform stock verification and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Warehouse, and other departments for timely material movement.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Support internal audits and maintain complete traceability of materials.




- Ensure proper storage conditions and identification of raw materials.

Candidate Profile

- 25 years of experience in Raw Material Stores within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Experience in Injectables and/or Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, FIFO, FEFO, and inventory documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
