Job Summary

The Payroll Lead oversees end-to-end payroll operations across US geographies, ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role drives team performance, transformation initiatives, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end payroll operations
- Manage team performance, capacity, and productivity




- Ensure SLA adherence and compliance
- Act as escalation point for critical issues
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate payroll accounting and reporting

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR); Payroll certifications (CPP, FPC preferred)

Experience Requirements

8–12 years payroll experience with team handling

Communication Requirements

- Comfortable working in a voice + non-voice support model (calls, emails, case management systems)
- Experience handling high-volume employee queries over calls
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts to support client time zones
- Prior exposure to HRO, BPO, or shared services environment preferred
