-To perform operation, cleaning and changeover of the equipment like the Vial Washing Machine, Vial Depyrogenation tunnel, Vial Filling & Stoppering Machine, Vial Cap Sealing Machine,?

-Operation and cleaning of Lyophilizer, Autoclave, Pasteurizer, Incubator and Filter integrity tester.

-Area cleaning.

-To perform the CIP, PHT, SIP and maintenance of the process vessels.

-Readiness of the all Aseptic activities before start of the batch.

-To perform Batch manufacturing and filtration activities.

-To perform activities like machine parts cleaning, load preparation, load wrapping.

-To prepare disinfectant and fogging solution.

-To perform Glove Integrity Testing for glove port gloves.

-To perform and ensure the periodic activities like equipment PM, Calibration of the Instruments and equipment?s,



filter integrity of the filters and validation activities.

-To prepare GMP documents like Risk Assessments, SOPs, BMRs, MFRs and Protocols.

?-Adhere to cGMP, GDP practices and Data integrity policies.

-To perform equipment sanitization and cleaning.

-To perform and ensure area cleaning and sanitization activities.
