Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Meetings
Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and discussions
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Represent the organization during client interactions and business meetings
2. Business Development
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through direct client interactions and networking
Generate leads via industry connects, references, and professional networks
Own the complete sales lifecycle from initial discussion to deal closure
3. IT Services Sales & Consulting
Promote and sell IT services including: o Web & Mobile Application Development o Cloud & Digital Transformation Solutions o Custom Software & Managed Services
Understand client requirements and offer tailored, value-driven solutions 4. Deal Closure & Negotiation
Lead client discussions, commercial negotiations, and final closures
Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
4. Account Management & Growth
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling




Act as a trusted advisor for clients Key Requirements Experience
5 8 years of experience in IT Services Sales / B2B Sales
Proven track record of client interaction, meetings, and deal closures
Experience working with mid to large-size clients Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle face-to-face client discussions confidently
Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven Good to Have
Exposure to international clients (US/Europe markets)
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and digital technologies
