Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented skilled with strong experience in client handling, account management, and resource management. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing multiple clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and driving business opportunities from existing accounts. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Generate business opportunities and new requirements from existing clients.
- Handle multiple clients confidently and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with different internal teams, entities, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Manage resource allocation, availability,



and deployment based on client needs.
- Convince and negotiate with clients professionally to ensure business continuity.
- Track client requirements, closures, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and management teams to support business goals.
- Preferred someone from BPO domain exp.
