Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and branding projects simultaneously.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects

- meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.

- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide regular updates, share performance metrics, and present deliverables to clients.

- Lead and manage the Client Services team, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure project success.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

- Prepare detailed performance reports for internal reviews and client presentations.

Skills Required





- Great communication skills written and oral.

- Ability to build rapport with clients/team.

- Docker, Kubernetes

- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure/deadlines.

- Ability to pay attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 0-1 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency setting.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
