Role summary The Manager - CSR &

- Employee Engagement will be responsible for driving the organizations CSR strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, managing social impact projects, and fostering a culture of employee volunteering and community engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful and measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, workplace, and community development.

- Manage CSR budgets, implementation timelines, and partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance requirements.

- Monitor project performance, measure impact, and prepare periodic reports and disclosures.

- Conduct due diligence, needs assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed CSR initiatives.

- Conceptualize and drive employee engagement programs that promote employee participation and organizational culture.

- Design and execute campaigns to increase employee participation in CSR initiatives.





- Collaborate with HR, Communications, Finance, and business teams to promote a strong culture of social responsibility.

- Prepare presentations and reports for management, CSR Committee, and Board review.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Sustainability, Human Resources, or a related field.

- MBA, MSW, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- 6-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, employee engagement, or community development programs.
