Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Lead/Architect/Engineer to spearhead our core engineering initiatives in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, memory-safe systems using Rust, while leveraging your deep expertise in C/C++ to bridge legacy and modern infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and fellow architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable, distributed systems. By driving the architectural vision and ensuring the robustness of our microservices, you will directly influence the reliability and speed of our platform, ultimately delivering a seamless experience to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-throughput distributed systems using Rust to ensure maximum performance and memory safety across our production environments.
- Lead the migration and integration of legacy C++ modules into modern microservices architectures to improve system modularity and maintainability.
- Optimize multithreaded applications to handle massive concurrency, ensuring low-latency responses for mission-critical business operations.




- Mentor junior engineering talent and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and high-quality software craftsmanship.
- Partner with product managers and infrastructure teams to define long-term technical roadmaps that align with evolving business goals and scalability needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building production-grade applications using Rust and C++, with a deep understanding of memory management and system-level programming.
- Proven ability to design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures that are resilient, scalable, and easy to deploy.
- Expert-level proficiency in multithreading and asynchronous programming patterns to solve performance bottlenecks in high-traffic environments.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative design discussions.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset, with the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, hybrid work environment in Pune.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 to 17 years of hands-on experience in core system engineering.
