Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI / Full-Stack Developer to take technical ownership of an AI-powered, multi-tenant social media management platform for community pharmacies. The successful candidate will lead the platform from architecture and development through testing, deployment and ongoing improvement. The role requires strong expertise in .NET 8, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Azure and generative AI, together with experience integrating social media APIs, automated content generation, scheduling, analytics and secure SaaS administration.

Roles and Responsibilities The Lead Developer will design the technical architecture, database structure, APIs, user interfaces and AI workflows; develop secure pharmacy and Sonar administration areas; integrate Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, email and SMS services; implement AI-generated text, images, voice and video; create content approval, scheduling and publishing workflows; develop role-based access, audit trails and performance reporting; ensure the platform is secure, scalable and reliable; establish coding,



testing and documentation standards; manage deployments through Docker and Azure; resolve technical issues; review the work of other developers; and take overall responsibility for delivering the platform successfully from initial development to production launch.

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate will have at least six years of commercial software-development experience, including experience leading the architecture and delivery of scalable SaaS products. They should demonstrate strong technical expertise in .NET 8, C#, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Azure and generative AI integration.

Experience with multi-tenant architecture, social-media APIs, OAuth 2.0, automated content generation, scheduling systems, analytics, Docker and CI/CD is highly desirable. The candidate must be proactive, commercially aware and capable of taking full ownership of a product from initial design through production launch. Robust problem-solving, communication, leadership, documentation and code-review skills are essential.

Experience delivering healthcare, marketing automation, social-media management or AI-driven platforms would be an advantage.
