Job Title: AI Engineer (8-10 Years Experience) Location: Remote (India) Working Hours / Time Zone: 2 to 11 PM IST (India Standard Time) Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension for longer term Full-time (Hours per week): Full-time (40 hours/week) Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions that drive business transformation, enhance operational efficiencies, and enable data-driven decision-making. The AI Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications and enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our AI initiatives leverage the latest technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning and deep learning models tailored to solve complex business challenges. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing and new systems. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.

Optimize AI models to enhance performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency. Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines and automation tools to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Utilize

Python, JavaScript,



and TypeScript to build and maintain AI-driven applications and services. Develop front-end components using React and AngularJS frameworks to create interactive AI-powered user interfaces. Implement backend services and APIs using Node.js and REST API standards to support AI functionalities.

Architect and deploy AI solutions as Microservices to ensure modularity, scalability, and ease of maintenance. Manage and query relational databases using SQL to support data storage and retrieval for AI applications.

Leverage Windows

Azure cloud platform services for AI model deployment, scaling, and monitoring. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to uphold high software quality standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore teams.

Stay abreast of the latest AI, LLM (Large Language Models), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) research, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve AI capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical field.



8-10 years of professional experience in AI engineering, software development, or related roles. Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

Expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and AngularJS. Solid experience with backend development using Node.js and RESTful API design and implementation. In-depth understanding of Microservices architecture and containerized deployments.

Proficient in working with SQL databases and writing complex queries. Hands-on experience with Windows Azure cloud services, including AI and machine learning offerings. Robust grasp of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
