Careers360 is looking for an AI Lead/ Manager with minimum 5 years of experience.

Requirements: -

- Min 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or machine learning leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive models.
- Robust proficiency in Python and AI frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, vector databases, model orchestration frameworks, and MLOps infrastructure.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms, vector databases, APIs, and production-grade AI deployments.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI products that deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, product and business teams.

Skills Required: -

Full time BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech from a recognized university.
