Description Genpact is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise clients. The role focuses on bridging AI research and production in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid

Experience

- Experience in AI/ML architecture
- Experience in Agentic AI and RAG
- Cloud Services: AWS, GCP, Azure or Cloud Native; any one cloud service is mandatory

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information technology, BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI (optional)
- English (Required)
- Language Proficiency: Upper Intermediate - B2

Responsibilities

- Develop transformative AI/ML solutions for client business requirements and challenges
- Close the gap between AI research and production
- Build and implement machine learning models and proof-of-concept prototypes
- Scale existing AI models into production on cloud platforms
- Analyze and resolve architectural problems with engineering, data science and operations teams
- Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant
- Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solutions
- Design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to client needs
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Gen AI

Additional Responsibilities

- Analyze use cases of ML algorithms and rank them by success probability




- Perform statistical analysis and use results to improve models
- Train and retrain ML systems and models in real-world situations
