Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel's laundry department.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the laundry team to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure timely processing of guest laundry, linen, uniforms, and other hotel fabrics.
- Monitor laundry quality, cleanliness, and proper handling of all textiles.
- Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, laundry supplies, and chemicals.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the laundry department.
- Control departmental expenses and minimize waste while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate laundry records.





Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel laundry operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, stain removal techniques, and laundry chemicals.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
