Role Description: The Laparoscopic Surgeon will provide high-quality surgical care, primarily performing laparoscopic procedures and managing patients before and after surgery. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, recommending appropriate surgical interventions, performing minimally invasive surgeries, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role involves collaborating with other medical professionals to coordinate patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in case discussions and clinical reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanchore, requiring presence in the facility for surgical procedures, inpatient and outpatient consultations, and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust core medical knowledge and clinical decision-making skills in Medicine and Surgery.
- Competence in surgical specialties such as Orthopedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery, with ability to collaborate across disciplines when required.




- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification (MS/MD or equivalent) in General Surgery, with formal training and experience in Laparoscopic Surgery.
- Valid medical license/registration and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards of practice.
- Proven experience performing laparoscopic procedures independently, with a strong track record in patient safety and outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site in Sanchore, manage surgical schedules, and respond to emergencies and urgent cases.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to explain procedures and risks clearly to patients and families.
- Commitment to continuous learning, adherence to evidence-based practices, and participation in clinical audits or quality improvement initiatives.
